My cozy office located at 106 SW Woods Street in Portland, Oregon—a quiet, comfortable space designed to support reflection, connection, and healing. You’re welcome to settle in with a warm cup of tea as we begin our work together.
If in-person visits aren’t the right fit, I also offer secure telehealth sessions, so you can access care from the comfort of your own home.
Whether we meet in person or online, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalized care in a space that feels safe and supportive.

I see clients Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Appointments are available via secure telehealth or in person, depending on your preference and needs.

$500 for intake appointments.
$300-500 for follow up appointments.

Cancelations must be made within 48 hours otherwise you may be subject to a $150 cancellation fee.

Please note that email is not a secure method for sharing sensitive health information.Voicemails and messages are checked during regular business hours (Monday through Thursday), and someone from the office will respond within 48 hours. I do not check messages outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays.

Please request prescription refills through the secure messaging feature in the SimplePractice portal, and allow at least 5 days' notice to ensure timely processing.
For your privacy and safety, I do not accept refill requests via email, text, or directly from the pharmacy.
